At Transformation Cornwall, we strengthen social action across the Duchy, empowering
communities to flourish from within.

We believe that the most powerful change comes from the people themselves. Faith groups
and grassroot organisations in Cornwall are at the heart of this transformation, and we’re
here to support them every step of the way.

We’re local, focused, and deeply rooted in the communities we serve. From building
networks to equipping churches and non-profit organisations with the tools to take action,
our work is practical, impactful, and full of heart.
